研究室について | About Us

知能システム研究室は，オペレーションズ・リサーチ，機械学習，最適化に関する研究をしています．主に，在庫，生産，物流などの複雑な経営システムにおける意思決定支援技術を研究しています．また，複雑な環境において意思決定が行われる他の分野にも取り組んでいます．当研究室では，社会の様々な分野における複雑な意思決定問題に対して，効率的で人間中心の知能システムの開発を目指しています．

The Intelligent Systems Laboratory (ISL) researches operations research, machine learning, and optimization methods to improve decision-making for complex systems. Of particular interest are systems for inventory, manufacturing, transportation, and supply chain management, as well as other applications where decisions are made in uncertain, dynamic environments. Research at ISL focuses on efficient, human-centered computational methods for deriving optimal or satisfactory decisions for various complex problems.
